…but we all know it’s true.

Okay.  Here’s the truth that we all know is true, but few want to talk about with us.  Gerry had two good “solid” BM’s or “Big Business” as I idiotically call it; I SWEAR I felt pressure lift off my shoulders.  I am concerned lately about his fussiness in eating, his slight loss in weight, and his disinterest in going outside for big business.  I have NO photo evidence to post, but just imagine me smiling.  The things that make us happy!

I took him to his primary vet this week to get a Lyme’s shot, and asked about the shadiness in his left eye.  This time they took him “behind scenes” and I was given eye drops to put in, in case he has pressure behind the eyeball, which could be Glaucoma.  I swear…I don’t even think it’s registered yet, and I’m trying too hard to be positive, to even look it up or talk about it.  Gahhhh.  I mean seriously?  Can I talk, (selfishly about mySelf) and the Peri-menopause symptoms that aren’t Helping this journey AT ALL!  I’ll post a phot0 of me from 2007, there soon after I “left my husband”, and started a brand new journey which would LEAD me to my boy, Gerry.

About danielle

I am a rescue mom and school teacher. Gerry came to me from Texas, after he "failed" as a hunting dog. He had NOT had an easy life. I was three years divorced, and we saved each other. Last week I learned he has osteosarcoma. Our world feels upside down...while everyone else is right side up.

Goodness gracious Gerry! You don’t need to be having any eye issues going on sweet boy! Did you not feel like you were getting enough attention so you developed another “issue”? And BTW, you are getting an abundance of attention and spoiling and loving!!! So no more “issues”, okay?

And I love the picture of your human heading towards her brand new journey where you came into her life! She certainly looks radiant and happy!

And yeah, prancing around on three legs can be very tiring…especially in the summer! The heat can diminish the appetite some too. Try all the yummy foods you can think of…steak…cheeseburgers,…etc

YAAAAAAAAAY FOR SPECTACULAR POOP!!! 🙂 We celebrate anything around here!! Good job!!!

    Hugs

Sally and Alumni Happy Hannah and Merry Myrtle and Frankie too!
